Thank you for choosing G&K Sons. We ship our premium 3D wall and ceiling panels from Delhi to customers across India. Here is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Where we ship
We currently ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will reach out to you with the best available option.
Processing & dispatch time
Prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days of order confirmation. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email and/or WhatsApp.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes a few additional working days depending on your location and courier transit times. Remote or non-metro pin codes may take a little longer. Your tracking link shows the courier's live estimate for your address.
Shipping charges
A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies per order, anywhere in India, no matter how many packs you buy. Even better: orders of ₹20,000 or more ship free. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
GST invoice
A valid GST invoice is included with every order, so you always have proper documentation for your purchase.
Damaged in transit?
Our panels are carefully packed, but if your order arrives damaged in transit, we will make it right — a replacement of the affected panels at no extra cost, or a refund, per our Returns & Refund Policy.
Two things protect your claim:
- Record an unboxing video before you open the parcel. A valid, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for every claim — no exceptions. See the Returns & Refund Policy for exactly what the video must show.
- Report within 48 hours of delivery — send your order number, the unboxing video, and photos of the damage to hello@gnksons.co or WhatsApp +91 99718 24409.
