These Terms and Conditions govern your use of gnksons.co and any purchase you make from G&K Sons. They are a legal agreement between you — the visitor, user, or customer — and us, G&K Sons, the business that owns and operates this website.

We have written these terms as clearly and honestly as possible. There is no hidden language, no buried clauses designed to trap you, and no fine print that contradicts what we say elsewhere on our website. What you read here is what applies.

By accessing gnksons.co, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy — all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and G&K Sons.

By using gnksons.co, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or you are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • You are not barred from making purchases or using ecommerce services under any applicable law
  • All information you provide to us — including your name, address, and payment details — is accurate, truthful, and current
  • You will use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we have reason to believe that these conditions have not been met.

3. Accounts and security

You may browse gnksons.co as a guest. Creating an account lets you track purchases, access order history, and save your AI Wall Designer previews.

Sign-in on gnksons.co is passwordless — you receive a one-time code by email. You therefore agree to:

  • Provide an accurate, current email address and keep access to it secure
  • Not share sign-in codes with any third party
  • Notify us immediately at hello@gnksons.co if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our platform — including misuse of the AI Wall Designer.

4. Products and product information

Product descriptions. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Product images, descriptions, dimensions, and specifications on gnksons.co are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can reasonably make them. However, you acknowledge that:

  • Colours may vary — screen calibrations and display settings differ between devices. The actual colour of a product may appear slightly different from what your screen shows. This is not a manufacturing defect or a misrepresentation.
  • Texture and finish — 3D panels are dimensional products; depth and surface finish are best judged in your own room's lighting. Use our free AI Wall Designer to preview your chosen panel on a photo of your own wall before ordering, or WhatsApp us for close-up photos and videos of any panel.
  • Dimensions and coverage — panels are sold in packs; panel dimensions, pack contents, and wall coverage are stated on every product page. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that these suit the intended wall before placing an order. If you are unsure, WhatsApp us your wall size and we will plan the exact kit for you, free.

AI Wall Designer previews. Previews generated by our AI Wall Designer are AI-rendered visualisations intended to help you judge how a panel may look in your space. They are indicative, not exact — final appearance depends on your wall, lighting, and installation. A preview does not form part of the product specification.

Product availability. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your payment has been processed, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative product.

Pricing. All prices on gnksons.co are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase and receive your order confirmation. We are not obligated to honour pricing errors — in the event of a clear pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, with written notification to you.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order on gnksons.co, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your cart at the displayed price. An order confirmation email sent to you does not constitute our acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgment that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order — and the formation of a binding contract between us — occurs at the point we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Order accuracy. It is your responsibility to review your order carefully — including product selection, quantity, colour, and delivery address — before completing payment. Once an order is dispatched, changes cannot be made. For errors identified before dispatch, contact us immediately at hello@gnksons.co or WhatsApp +91 99718 24409. We will do our best to accommodate corrections if the order has not yet been picked up by the courier, but we cannot guarantee this.

Order cancellation by G&K Sons. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before dispatch for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors on the website, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to the specified address. In all such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Payment terms

All orders on gnksons.co are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, and support:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, and other UPI apps)
  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Net banking
  • Prepaid wallets

Payment security. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or net banking credentials on our servers at any point.

Payment failures. If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be confirmed. No amount will be deducted from your account in the case of a payment failure. If an amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically reversed to your account by your bank or payment provider within 5 to 7 business days. Contact us if you do not see the reversal within this period.

GST and taxes. All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in the displayed product price. A GST invoice will be provided with your order. If you require a GST invoice for business purposes, please ensure your GSTIN is entered correctly at the time of placing your order.

7. Shipping and delivery

Key points:

  • We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes
  • Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are shown on the website and in your shipping confirmation
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address

8. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Key points:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products
  • A valid, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all claims — no exceptions
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Installed, adhered, cut, or used panels cannot be returned
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days of approval, depending on payment method

9. Intellectual property

Ownership. All content on gnksons.co — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of G&K Sons or its content suppliers and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable international intellectual property laws.

Restricted use. You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from gnksons.co for commercial purposes
  • Use our brand name "G&K Sons," our logo, or any of our trademarks in any manner that suggests association with or endorsement by us
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our website using automated tools
  • Frame or mirror any part of our website on any other website without our prior written consent

Personal use. You may view and print content from gnksons.co solely for your own personal, non-commercial use — for example, saving a product image or an AI preview to compare with your room decor. Any other use requires our written permission.

Content you submit. If you submit a product review, photograph, or any other content to gnksons.co or share it with us over WhatsApp or email for publication, you grant G&K Sons a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display that content in connection with our business — including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide to us.

Photos you upload to the AI Wall Designer are used to generate your preview and, if you are signed in, to save your designs to your account. They are not published or used in our marketing without your separate, explicit permission.

10. Prohibited conduct

When using gnksons.co, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders, reviews, or communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of our website, servers, or systems
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code that may damage or interfere with our website
  • Use any automated device, software, process, or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any content on our website, or to consume the AI Wall Designer beyond its fair-use allowances
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the website
  • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, threatening, or violates the rights of any third party — including images submitted to the AI Wall Designer

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these prohibitions, including reporting such conduct to law enforcement authorities.

gnksons.co may contain links to third-party websites — including social media platforms, payment gateways, and courier tracking portals. These links are provided for your convenience only. G&K Sons does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party website. Accessing a third-party website through a link on gnksons.co is entirely at your own risk. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any external website you visit.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G&K Sons, its proprietors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of gnksons.co or any product purchased from us
  • Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Any damage to your device or property resulting from use of our website
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the website or any service, including the AI Wall Designer
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the website
  • Any delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party courier services after dispatch

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G&K Sons, its proprietors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: your use of gnksons.co; your violation of these Terms and Conditions; your violation of any rights of a third party; or any content you submit to our website.

14. Force majeure

G&K Sons shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions; pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergency; acts of government, civil unrest, war, or terrorism; nationwide or regional strikes, lockouts, or labour disputes; failure of third-party logistics, courier, or payment infrastructure; or power outages, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks. In such events, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will resume performance as quickly as circumstances allow.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including:

  • The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000
  • The Sale of Goods Act, 1930

Dispute resolution. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or any purchase made on gnksons.co, we encourage you to first contact us directly at hello@gnksons.co to resolve the matter informally. If an informal resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.

Consumer grievance. For unresolved consumer complaints, customers may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or file a complaint on the Consumer Online Resource and Empowerment (CORE) portal at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to gnksons.co with an updated "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of gnksons.co following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must discontinue use of our website.
